I began reading “Die In Paris” and was unable to put the book down for long. The first chapter hooks the reader and the rest is fascinating and intense. I am very fortunate to have a personally inscribed volume from the author, which I treasure. The author has such clear understanding of Paris history and articulation of historic events. “Bella” is a heartwarming story and in its gentleness, a sharp departure in style from “Die In Paris.” Ms. Tomlins is a truly gifted writer.
