The slogan of the Vietnam War – make love not war – I marched around my living room at the time chanting it – comes to mind.

Do know that the Parisians are indeed still making love and rejecting war. But no, our hand having been forced, we are all for war against IS – or as broadcaster Andrew Neil called them Islamist Scumbags. But love we Parisians do make, and you can read about how one Frenchwoman did it as I recount in my novel, Bella a French Life.

You can buy the book on all the Amazon sites and it is available as a paperback and in electronic form.
